Practice makes perfect
All training and coaching sessions revolve around learning and assimilating useful skills, focusing on practice, practice and more practice.
The main benefit of this method is that there is a higher percentage of practice compared to theory. Participants bring their own material and relevant content and rehearse their presentations and meetings, receiving feedback on the spot.
One of the keys to this methodology is the hands-on coaching during the practice. The coaching is based on giving positive as well as constructive feedback, while focusing on the individual goals that each person sets for himself.
Through this process, people become aware of the areas that they want to improve. With the use of video, they learn to observe themselves from the audience’s perspective.
